• Premium Plan: Unlimited access to all features, billed annually at $299/year

2.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

2.3 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@nohype-ai.com. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be honored.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• Your saved data (niches, offers, content) will be preserved but subject to Free tier limits
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or fraudulent materials
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our course content without authorization
• Use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

4. AI Tools and Generated Content

4.1 AI Tool Usage

Our platform includes AI-powered tools for niche analysis, offer building, content generation, and other features. Your use of these tools is subject to the generation limits of your subscription plan.

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using our AI tools. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
• Any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content

4.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by No-Hype AI Hustles and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

5.2 License to Use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
